IOSH Approved Bitesize E-learning – Working at Height Awareness Training

Course Completion Method:

The course is 30 minutes in length, delivered through video-based modules. Each module includes a short exercise to consolidate learning. A final 10-question multiple-choice assessment is required to complete the course.

Target Audience:

Workers, supervisors, and contractors who perform tasks at height or supervise those who do.

Entry Requirements:

No previous working at height training is needed.

Course Aim:

To ensure learners understand the hazards of working at height and the control measures required to work safely and legally.

Assessment:

A 10-question multiple-choice test at the end of the course, randomly drawn from outcome-aligned pools. A minimum score of 70% is required to pass.

IMPORTANT LEARNING GUIDELINES:

Each course contains several modules, with knowledge checks at the end of each module.
It is recommended that you begin with module one and watch each video, taking notes and then complete each modules knowledge check before proceeding to the next module.
It is important that you do not fast-forward through the videos, you can re-wind at any time, but fast-forwarding will ensure that you do not get a completion date on the final certificate.
The certificate you earn, once you successfully complete the course is valid for twelve months from the date of completion.
